 We are committed to deliver quality service to our customers as per our client charter:


1. To give acknowledgment response to any queries/issues received within 24 hours

2. To provide feedback on queries/issues received within 7 working days

3. Forward Payment Voucher to State Treasury within 9 days from the date of receipt

4. All programmes shall be reported within a month after the completion of each programme

5. All grants application received are tabled on time as per scheduled. (Grant Committee Meeting are held quarterly).”
